Note that processing times of orders are separate from the delivery times that you see at checkout.

Also note that there may be potential delays beyond Perfecto Craft Foods’ control, e.g. problems with the courier service.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been confirmed and your payment is reflected in our account. You will be notified  when your order has been shipped.

LOCAL PICK-UP

You can save on delivery costs by collecting  your order at 12 Stellenberg Road, Steynsrust, Somerset West. After you have placed the order and selected local pick-up at the checkout, your order will be ready to be collected within 1-2 working days. We will send you a text message when your order is ready.

Our local pick-up hours are Mondays to Fridays between 09h00-16h30. Please present your confirmation email when collecting your order.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your email with delivery confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate the reason for the delay.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with the items that you have ordered.

Please provide detailed information regarding your concern so that we can investigate. Once we have concluded our investigation we will contact you to discuss the option of a replacement product, or a refund.
